We enjoyed the spacious house, big yard for the kids to play, HUGE pool, great fishing and private lot. Robbie responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. I would recommend this listing for sure and will be back!

Robbie's lake house is warm and welcoming, with plenty of space for everyone. (We kept a board game spread out on the huge dining table, and still had plenty of room to eat meals at the large kitchen island), but the beautiful setting and spacious outdoors is the star of the show. The swimming pool is huge and a close second for the star of the show award! Everything was wonderful, any minor issue or question we had was handled quickly and efficiently, and Robbie was a pleasure to partner with. We would definitely not hesitate to return to this home or to rent from Robbie again!

This was the perfect spot for a week of family relaxation! Beautiful views from the huge wall of windows in the main living area. The kids really enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time there. Plenty of spots to sit and enjoy family time with beautiful sunsets every night. We really enjoyed our time here!

Great Lake house for the whole family. Can’t go wrong with this place.

I've traveled widely across the State and the region leveraging accomodations from State Parks to luxury resorts. None of them provided any greater natural beauty or privacy than this property. The home sits on a piece of level land that juts out into the lake. You feel like you are completely alone with your private view of the lake and the wildlife it supports. In addition to regular sightings of cranes, geese, duck, and Blue Heron, we spotted an migrating Osprey pair! The level lot made accessibility for my elderly mother and her sister manageable with just 2-3 steps into the house and down from the porch to the lake front backyard. From the porch they were able to enjoy the incredible view, watch their grandkids play. And the backyard is so level, they even managed a careful walk down to enjoy the the waterfront bench swings. The Host was the most proactive and helpful of any previous hosts I've had and went out of the way to ensure we were well cared for during our stay.

Awesome house and host.

My stay was amazing! The space and the view was peaceful and felt like home!! We were previously set to stay at another AirBnB location but it was not up-to-par for us to stay. As we scrambled for another spot, Robbie's location came up. Although it was a last-minute reservation, he moved quickly to get me and my family checked-in. We wished we had booked it for one more day to enjoy the peace felt in the home, experience the boat, and gather by the pool. Our focus was graduation. My crew and I will most definitely reserve again! Thanks Robbie because you rocked!

The place was awesome for our ten day vacation. We loved the breathtaking views and spacious indoors. Robbie was amazing and very responsive. He was helpful in solving any little issue. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a serene and peaceful experience.

Great place to stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing lake house and it exceeded all my expectations. The best part of the trip was the incredible fishing and the boat that was rented through the host. My family and I had a great time and plan on rebooking in the future.

nice quiet place to relax and enjoy the lake

Amazing views! We had so much fun at the property and Robbie communicated quickly .The home was as described but linens were stained and the outside was not very kept up maybe due to the season. I wouldn’t suggest using anything WHITE in the house, unless you want to pay for them. Other than a few hiccups we enjoyed our little family getaway.

We really enjoyed staying here and appreciate the quick and last minute acceptance as we booked the day of 🫣. The home had everything we wanted such as lake view, available boat to rent (needs updating), pool and bbq area, land, fishing dock and deck swings, and fire pit for s’mores. Walmart was nearby (16mins away) for other personal and grocery needs. Highlight of our trip was the view . Especially in the mornings and evenings 😍. Robbie was very responsive/helpful and even checked in on us the first morning we were there. Thank you again for sharing your home with us .

Amazing property!

This property has everything you would want in a getaway. The view is amazing, private dock, huge pool with outdoor kitchen, bar area with refrigeration, really nice dock with plenty of room to fish and a huge stocked kitchen. They offer boat rental, right from your own dock and the waterways are beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing time with friends and family, this is it. You never have to leave the property.

Robbie's place is the perfect location to get away and relax. The home itself is spacious and well decorated. The bedrooms have comfy beds, especially the master bedroom. The laundry room is great and is well stocked. If you love to cook, the kitchen is huge and has everything you will need/want. The pool area is fantastic and includes top of the line grills plus bar area. There is a large backyard with a great dock area to fish from. Robbie was a wonderful host who communicated well, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place for a family vacation at the lake! Accommodated six adults and two babies perfectly. The location of the house was in a great area, quiet and close to Resturant’s and shopping. Pool was nice and having access to boat was a plus. Can’t wait for our next visit!

This home was a great location for our family weekend getaway! The pool and outdoor kitchen were favorite gathering spots for our crew. The dock provided great quiet fishing opportunities. And, the boat launch on the property was super convenient for our sailboat, kayaks and ski boat. The kitchen was super functional for family dinners. We will certainly rent here again!

I would like to say we had a awesome stay at Robbie place very beautiful home look’s just like the pictures very peaceful and beautiful lake views . Robbie is very quick on responding back we had one little issue and I called him and he personally came the next day and fixed the issue all I can truly say is that him and his wife are the best host we have ever encountered and will definitely be coming back to stay at this location and his other location. Robbie’s place made for a wonderful weekend full of memories! Everything was just as described and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The pool area was amazing and we took advantage of renting the boat! What a great experience! The lake is a great size and was nice to enjoy. Robbie left many recommendations and made it easy for us to enjoy the location and area. There are a few restaurants nearby and a Walmart to get all essentials if needed. The sunset from the back porch or pool deck was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful weekend! I would highly suggest Robbie’s place.

Finding the house was extremely easy. We also brought our own boat and the property manager was able to direct us to the closest ramp to the house. Getting in the house was easy and we were quickly able to make ourselves at home. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The gathering space was adequate for our large group. The pool was perfect after the boat. The yard is very shady and comfortable to put chairs out and relax. We only found slight issues with cleanliness (jolly rancher wrapper in a shower and none of us had Jolly Ranchers and food dust residue on some pillows in the gathering spaces), sharpness of knives, and the additional sleeping places (sofa beds and roll out twin sets. ) We have notified the manager and they seem to be on top of those issues. We had a great long weekend and suggest this place to be perfect for a group size of 6-8 adults.

The pictures don't do it justice. At all. Robbie is a fantastic host. The home is beautiful. absolutely beautiful, quiet. The sunset is over the water is something out of a movie. It's not just the lake, it's a huge backyard AND The lake. the pool is perfect. Temperature was comfortable. Bedrooms, and bedding super comfortable. If you'd like a place to go to protect your peace, I encourage you to try here.

Nice open floor plan on a peaceful quiet cove.

The house and location were ideal for our family vacation. Easy to access house and boat, all amenities were present and in good condition. The pool was clean and the grilling deck/bar area was great. Fishing was good both from the dock, yard and boat. If you need to unwind and relax- this is the place! Will absolutely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend for families large or small.

We had a great stay on the lake. Robbie is a great, responsive host who answered questions immediately. The landscaping is really well laid-out and the pool is really private. The whole property feels very private, actually, with great views and water access for fishing, kayaking, etc. Recommended as a peaceful getaway.

Robbie is a wonderful host and the property was great! Robbie checked in regularly and was very responsive. Very peaceful and quiet location with beautiful sunsets! I loved my stay and will definitely return! Loved the squirrels, birds and the Beaver that swam by. Lots of water frontage and the stars were beautiful at night.

The lake house was a great birthday weekend get away. The sunset on the lake alone was worth it; renting the boat for the weekend with the home was the cherry on top. Robbie was very responsive and attentive and we would absolutely return!

Awesome place

I have a huge family so us “older cousins” visited here for Spring Break and it was PERFECT! The backyard is amazing and my personal favorite spot was the wooden swing overlooking the lake. The inside is very open with a good kitchen for cooking for 9 people. The beds are super comfy, even the pull out couch…. which doesn’t happen very often. There was an issue with my payment and the host was amazing about contacting back and forth so we could figure it out together. Location is amazing. Its decently secluded and only 15 minutes from Walmart. Overall it’s a perfect getaway spot and I will definitely be returning!

We visited Robbie's beautiful home end of Feb for 5 nights. It was the perfect time to go. Off season and very private and quiet. Robbie has thought of everything for the home and it is extremely well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the sunsets, walking around the neighborhoods, going into some small towns and seeing antebellum homes, and enjoying meals overlooking the lake. Robbie is a great communicator and answers questions quickly. We thoroughly and completely enjoyed our getaway.

I love the lakeview and this gorgeous lakehouse accommodated us family & friends of 10. The location is quiet and we were so relaxed with a great view. Robbie checked on us everyday and had an easy communication with him. I overslept as the beds were so comfortable. We had perfect stay! We will be coming back this summer.

amazing location & great host.

Our family, ages 9- 89, loved everything about staying at this property, for our annual Labor Day family reunion. The home is surrounded by Lake Sinclair, is quiet and private, and comes with the most breathtaking sunsets!! The pool was a huge hit, the furniture is extra nice, the decor is fun and the open concept for being together in the kitchen and family area was perfection! Robbie was extremely accommodating and we hope to return next year!!

We rented this fabulous Lake Sinclair House for our family vacation….Beautiful House has everything you need for the family fun! Beautiful Yard with a very large salt water pool with bar, cookers etc…the Pontoon boat rental was a breeze! We’re already thinking of returning next year…the owner Robbie was terrific, he was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay! I recommend this fabulous vacation house on Lake Sinclair!
